Compliments, Comments, Concerns; & Complaints

Staff at the Cancer Centre are aware of the difficulties that can be experienced by any patient dealing with cancer. Our staff are sensitive to your needs and are qualified and experienced to deal with almost every aspect of your life as challenged by the diagnosis of cancer. Our staff knows the importance of information, of listening, of comforting and always being professional in bringing their expertise to help with your problems. We appreciate your feedback, positive or otherwise.

We also recognize that not everything works perfectly. There can be misunderstandings, irritations, and perhaps aggravations. We know that you may have questions and concerns and sometimes complaints. We also understand that you may not want to bring forward your concerns or criticism. However, we encourage you to do so as your feedback helps us to improve the services we are providing.

Please contact the Patient Relations Program (see information below) either in writing, by telephone or in person. If you prefer you may discuss your issues with your family doctor who can speak to the appropriate person on your behalf. Your concerns will be kept confidential and will in no way compromise the care you receive from our staff. The Centre values your input.
