When calling, please have the following information ready:

• Your KRCC number
• Your oncologist's name
• Your telephone number at home or work

For problems/emergencies, please call (613) 544 2630. If you are asked to leave a message, give the following information:

• Your name and a phone number where you can be reached
• Your oncologist's name
• Say that you want to speak with the doctor who is on-call

When your cancer treatments are finished or for problems not related to your cancer, you should always call your family doctor first.
