The Regional Oncology Nursing Council of Southeastern Ontario implemented a
regional nursing model to support and foster oncology nursing excellence
across the care and cancer continuum.
Membership includes specilaized oncology nurses, advance practice nurses,
administrators, educators and researchers from the oncology nursing domains of
practice, education, leadership and research. Members are involved in
prevention and screening cancer-related activities and cancer diagnosis,
treatment, aftercare, follow-up, and palliation.
